⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including notes, progress, and rewards will be permanently deleted.
Methods to Delete Your Data
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the EDUNOVA app
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap on Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
- Your account will be deleted within 30 days
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to: support@devxaitechnologies.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request - EDUNOVA
Include:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 7 business days.

Use the in-app feedback form:
- Open EDUNOVA app
- Go to Profile → Help & Support
- Select Send Feedback
- Choose category: Account Deletion
- Submit your request
What Gets Deleted?
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Academic information (institution, branch, year)
- Uploaded notes and study materials
- Downloaded content and cache
- Account preferences and settings
- Rewards and coins balance
- Activity history and progress
What We Retain?
For legal and security purposes, we may retain:
- Transaction records (as required by law)
- Anonymized analytics data
- Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
This data cannot be linked back to you and is retained only as required by law.
Timeline
- In-App Deletion: Immediate (processed within 30 days)
- Email Request: 7 business days to process
- Complete Deletion: Within 30 days of request
ℹ️ Note: After deletion, you can create a new account anytime, but your previous data cannot be recovered.
